Hi. I’m Kristi, and my passion is helping others become who they were created to be. I love walking along side women one-on-one, leading groups and connecting people together. I am a Certified Life Coach, a group facilitator, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) who has been helping people change their lives for 10+ years.

I grew up in Huntington Beach, graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics, and worked in marketing for a Fortune 500 company for many years before shifting gears and earning a secondary teaching credential from Chapman University.

Before having my three children (young adults now), I taught middle school and high school economics and social studies. After they were grown, I began volunteering as a care counselor, coordinator, and care group leader at Mariner’s Church, where I still help out today.

I then became a Certified Life Coach through the Life Purpose Institute - a first-class organization approved by the International Coaching Federation. I am also certified in Somatic Experiencing (SE) - an effective therapy for releasing stress in the body; building capacity and resiliency. SE helps regulate the nervous system - a piece that brings a sense of safety and inner calmness that is often missing in other healing modalities. In addition, I have attended more than100 days of training, workshops, and seminars on every aspect of mental health, including leading groups, rewiring anxiety, healing grief, mindfulness, shame healing, intuitive eating, and self-compassion. I tailor my approach based on each client’s individual preferences, style, and needs.

In my free time, I enjoy paddle boarding, hiking, long walks on the beach, bike riding, reading, traveling, ping pong, and all kinds of games and connecting activities. I especially enjoy time with family and friends and care counseling and leading “Life by Design” groups for young adult women at Mariner’s church.

Through my struggles with loneliness, anxiety, and self-doubt, I have seen firsthand how connecting can make a profound difference, and I am honored to walk alongside anyone who wants to create lasting change in their life. Regardless of your past or current struggles, it is possible to live in a place of calmness, confidence, and connection.

I love every minute I spend helping others connect and make positive changes in their lives, and I look forward to helping you along your journey to well-being, peace, resilience, and joy in your life.

The task is not to perfect yourself; it’s to perfect your love.” Jack Kornfield
